“The poolside seating was definitely comfy, but there is an issue that needs to be addressed. The issue is there are kids in the hot tub area not giving enough room for adults to be in there. There is no monitoring of that with the staff at Moody Gardens also we ended up for the second trip in a row having to get a different room because this room had a broken frame on the couch bed and the mattress was stained and nasty. “Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”
